WW 100lb Club Support Group--November

  • This is the new thread for the month of November. I hope more people will join us because we will be easier to find. My goals for the month:

    GOALS:
    C25K program (Begin 11/6)
    Stay OP--26 pts
  • Hey Shay- found you! I forgot the thread was moving.

    Starting again again. It's Monday, I went to water aerobics, I've written stuff down.

    Goals this week
    Write it down!! (been really lax on that lately)
    No white stuff. (meaning sugar, flour and excessive dairy- tum tum has been bothering me lately)
    Water. (for some reason i've been falling behind on that too)
    Go to exercise class.

    That's more than 3 things, but needing to realign my attentions.

  • Hi Ruthannie! I am so happy you found it. I decided to do a monthly goal because I don't think they will change week to week. TOM is here and has me in such a funk. The good thing is I have plenty to do at work and home to keep me busy and at least try and keep me mind occupied. Lets not even talk about water. Its like I've given up. I will get more dedicated to that cause now though because of the running.
  • I've done 2 days so far of the C25K and its going pretty good. I think I will maintain weight this week but hopefully that will translate into a big loss next week. I didn't even include water in my goal list this month because I had just given up but for the past 3 days I've been doing great with water.
  • Hey, I just found this thread. I thought I would post a few monthly goals:
    Get all my water in everyday (Some days I do great, other days I struggle.)
    Exercise at least five days a week.
    Only take the steps anywhere I go (including at work everyday.)

  • Welcome, Eastau01! This thread has been slow moving this month. I'm hoping that more people will join us and check in. 100 lbs is a lot a weight and I hope that we can support each other along the way.

    I'm down 50 lbs. I need 85 to get to goal. I have decided to switch to Flex, go to meetings because I did Core and an exchange Plan the first 4 weeks on my own and as of tomorrow will be OP 23 weeks.Tuesdays are weigh in days for all of these weeks and figured I should join on a Tuesday. Makes sense.
  • Welcome, Nurse Chef! Of course you can join. I am also doing Flex. I'm down 19 and have 101 to go. So we have a long time to get to know each other and support one another along the way.
  • I just found this thread.

    I am down almost 30, 90 to go to goal. I climbed back on the WW wagon on Novenber 1st and am doing Flex which is working well so far. Thursdays are weigh in day for me.

    I have been adding a new goal per week so as to not overwhelm myself. So far they have been:
    Drink all my water.
    Take my supplements.
    Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks.
    This week is taking my prescription med (Metformin). I had to stop taking it due to a surgery and I have to work my way back up again.
  • Welcome Marlies! First of all I love your Avatar. Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer is my favorite holiday movie. Matter of fact I got the dvd for Christmas last year.

    This thread has been extremely slow but I see that more and more people are joining 3FC so I hope to get this thread really going. Keep checking in and updating us on your goals.

    Week 3, Day 2 of C25K completed yesterday. It was a little rough but I made it. Saturday should be pretty good.
