I was thinking of going to ww meetings last night. I may have to. I know it is a "non judgemental" atmosphere, but the last time I went there I weighed a lot less. I will find out when my old "coach" has a class. She was great. She told us that she tried ww three times before it became a lifestyle for her.

Busy day. Got a new computer. Been setting it up all day after going to the gym and doing two back to back workouts. It took me three times going back to ww for it to click. Good luck. I was same weight as you when I started the last time and I hope it really is the last time. I did it and I know you can too. :D I gained 5 over the Holidays and I lost 3 this week and I have 2 more to go to be back to what I was. Just back from my WI. Lost 2.6 lbs. for the past two weeks with about 1.8 of that being from this week according to my home scale. This brings me down into the 140s and a lower food range, which I will officially start tomorrow.
