Hi Everyone:

I noticed SS that you bought a digital scale from walmart...we have a walmart in our community... would you be able to tell me the namebrand? I am looking for a digital scale as mine is difficult to see from where I stand.. :?: the lines are so tiny and the needle does not stay steady. I can tell 5lb loses but nothing in between.

I missed you yesterday in Chat SS... I did manage to put in 1/2 hour on the bike...170 cals...but did eat more than I needed to. Both kids were in basketball tournaments so the schedule was off scale.

I hope to post once in a while in here with you gals.. I usually post in the 'calling all canadians'.
