How is everyone? Sounds as if we have all survived the holidays!! I've been lurking, just haven't taken the time to post, too lazy I guess. I go back to WW tomorrow night for weigh in. I am so glad. I think that will be the last touch to put life back to normal.

Sandy, Just keep hanging in there, eventually you'll be back op again. Whenn I'm having a hard time staying on track, I just concentrate on impriving one healthy habit. Eventually things fall into place. I also agree that exercise can motivate you to eat less. After you put so much effort into something, why spoil it by eating a huge meal or something fattening? I still have plenty to do before school start, never did get that major cleaning of closets done, guess i'll just do a little here and a little there. I took my dog to the vet and the groomers last week. He is so sweet. Now he gets cold when he goes outside, I had to go buy a sweater for him last night! lol Take care laters, I'll be back more often. Ruth |
Hi, my anniversary is Feb. 19, but it was my 10 year old who decided now was a good time! This will make it 19 years. Wow, 25 years. That is awesome!
Well, lets not get specific here, but I learned my lesson. No snacking until later in the day when I see if I have any points left. |
