So today at WW I was down 0.8. My ticker here is my weight on my scale in the morning with no clothes on :) By that scale, I was down 0.6. TOM was this week, plus I had a glass of wine 4-5 nights the past week! I usually lose at least a pound a week. I'm wondering if the combo of TOM and the wine did it. I was COMPLETELY on plan, so who knows? :) I'm happy I'm down at all!

hey, just checking in with my first weigh in results and i was down two pounds! i was shocked because i have really serious exams starting tomorrow so ive been comfort eating a good bit but i managed it somehow! im happy because a gain or no change would have been a really depressing start to everything, and i would have taken that as a bad sign for my exams but i lost and everythings good! my mother was secretly following the plan too and she lost 2 pounds as well so we're both thrilled, even though she isnt even meant to be losing weight!
so hows everyone else? well done on your loss modkittn, and youre right, minus numbers are always a plus (how cheesy does that sound! and it doesnt really make sense either...)
