New Year's Resolutions

  • I thought if we shared our resolutions with the group it might make us more inclined to stick to them.

    Here are mine:

    -set a regular sleep schedule and stick to it

    -meal plan more often

    -lose a pound a week minumum

    -buy new runners so I have no excuse not to got to the gym

    -get to the gym at least four times a week

    -eat sensibly at restaurants

    -stretch daily

    -drink enough water on the weekends

    -not take on other peoples problems as my own

    -try at least one new activity

    -spend time visualizing everyday

    -lose five pounds by my birthday (January 16th)

    -budget my points wisely



    I think that's enough for now. Now I'm accountable! Now its your turn to share
  • Here are my new year's goals....

    - attend a WW meeting regularly

    - plan my eating better

    - try and prevent binge eating (my downfall)

    - join a yoga class

    - weight train regularly

    - learn to relax

    - try some new things

    - not to gain any weight

    there ya go!

    - attend aerobics 3 days a week

    - Eat within my range

    - Work less

    - Quit stressing about work, let things go

    -Care more about ME
