OK, it was suggested by my WW leader that I eat at my high end and eat my exercise points to see if that will get me off this plateau... Yesterday I felt like I ate way too much tho!

Jen, I think that is a good suggestion, when I hit a couple plateaus I found I wasn't eating enough, I started to increase my points and got off the plateau!
Breakfast: oatmeal 2 coffee 0 Lunch: apple 1 water 64 oz. Dinner: beef stroganoff 7 salad 2 ff milk 2 Snack: cookies 4 milk 2 Total = 20 pts. |
