EXERCISE:treadmill ----------------------------------NEW DAY--------------------------------- It was our family Christmas today. We have it every year the week before we go home. It is nice and we don't miss out on our own traditions when going to Ohio every year. I forgot to weigh in because of this (kids got us up at 7:00)and so I won't weigh in until the morning we leave for Ohio. F. DINNER:6:00 salad-(4) Sa. BREAKFAST: 9:00- Our Christmas 1 egg-(2) 2 toasts-(2) Sa. LUNCH:3:00- Brittany snuck up there and paid w/o us knowing it for a Christmas present. Bruce was surprised when he opened the check. The Christmas party was hard to figure out. |

My final shopping day. Whew! It was crazy. Also third lunch out in a row. This time a Chinese buffet. I am so bad a buffets. Just estimated what I ate. It might have been even worse.
