Hey all,
Finishing up my editing. Anyhoo, I went to weight train for 40 minutes today and jogged on the treadmill at a pace of 5.3 miles per hour for 20 minutes. My goal is to get up to 6 miles per hour. For me 5.3 miles per hour is a very high intensity exercise. I feel great I also feel empowerd. I forgot the rush I got from intense workouts. It's about the same as eating chocolate:) I swear my abs are already peaking through again:) Wenwella: Hey, I noticed you're a Canadian, neat! I am originally from Montreal, but I live in Ottawa right now. Kim: I thought it was after 6 weeks they did that. That's weird. Yeah there should be some New Year's specials coming up. Rina: I have to be accepted into it, I should be I hope, but this program would be on top of my current course load. Becky: I am finished next Thursday, I can't wait:) Stacey: That's such a pretty song. I have a feeling my friend's wedding where I'll be a bridesmaid at will use the song "Still the One" by Shania Twain (basically that song describes their relationship to a T). Mandie: Yeah working out is so empowering, but I am mad at myself for letting it slide so much. 10 lbs isn't too bad a gain especially due to all the stress you had (I lost 40 at one point and gained 30 if that's any consolation, only on my last attempt did I lose it all), you have a great positive attitude, I am sure you'll do great.
