Shocker! Life is still as busy as ever and I'm still way off track. I do great in the early part of the day but by supper I'm out of time and energy so I eat whatever is fastest and easiest. Not very condusive to acheiving my goals. I'm still battling with sleep. Last night I just could not relax. I finally fell asleep at 4am. The amazing thing was it wasn't even that hard to get up at 7 for work this morning. Work was hard though! Its sooooo hard to do a physical job when your body is tired. Luckily I only had two clients today so I came home early. Now I'm in a debate-do I have a nap and feel better for the rest of the day and take the chance that I might have to fight to go to sleep tonight OR do I force myself to stay awake until bedtime tonight, dragging my butt all day but guarranteeing rest tonight? I can't decide what's best. I feel very fatigued right now. I'm so glad I have the whole weekend off! And I only have to work four hours tomorrow! YAY! Glad to hear everyone else is making some progress!Stacey! Woohoo! (on the loss!) Keep it up girl!
Jen, great idea on the journal thread. As soon as I have my first good day I'll post it up there! Right now I feel too fragile and hopeless to shame myself! I know terrible terrible!

Tonya, how did you make out at WI last night? I'm seriously thinking about joining too. Its really a struggle to stay motivated to follow it at home.
