Tuesday

Breakfast meeting in NYC today. What a challenge! A continental breakfast followed by a full breakfast and then hanging out for an hour waiting for the bus to get back home. Did the best I can. Hopefully I'll have willpower not to eat too much more tonight.

Wednesday

I'm so happy. Lost 3 lbs. this week! Definitely makes up for the .4 gain last week. That brings my total loss to 30.2 lbs. so I got another star at the meeting. Love those stars.

A little bummed. I gained .8 this week. I was hoping for a loss before Thanksgiving, but at least it wasn't a big gain. It was a real stressful week.
