3 mile walk to Prevention Fitness, couldn't be bothered with weights will do that tomorrow. By the way, I love this....also wondering where we can walk to next.

Okay today I biked for 60 minutes, I took yesterday off.............it was a crazy busy day and I couldnt bring myself to get on the bike at 10 last night.....so the new total is...........

Okay I did 60 minutes Monday and 60 minutes Tuesday, tonight I did 30 minutes.........Its late.........hectic day..........thats all I could manage...........but anyway here is the new total.........not too much farther till LA

30 minutes yesterday and 30 minutes today...........and now I am going to go get ready for a night out listening to music and dancing with the girls, I never go out without my kids anywhere, it feels very strange!!!! Our birthdays are close, it seems to me there is someone else on the 12th?? and the 6th or 7th?? Talk to you soon......oh yeah and the new total is......

Hope you had fun dancing last night. That is more calories burned. We play bridge on Sat. night not a lot of calories burned there!

Here I am............I had a ton of fun with the girls, we sang, danced and yelled all night long, it was awesome!!! Tonight I rode my bike for 60 minutes..........took yesterday off.........my body (knees and hips) were so sore from the all the dancing the night before, lol. The new total is............

1007-60=947 (the rate we are going we are gonna be there by Friday, where we going next???)

Wow you guys are amazing! Great job sticking with your exercise routines. Hopefully I'll be a bit more regular from now on.

We could walk from Toronto to Daytona Beach or we could head to Europe and walk from Paris to Madrid. Any other suggestions?
