First Day of Spring Challenge

  • I was thinking we needed a challenge! THe first day of spring is 2 months from tomorrow!! YAY! So we all can make a goal that we want to reach by then It can be loss related Exercise related or other!
    Who's With me?
    My goal is to exercise for 1/2 hour 3 times a week
    And drink 64 oz of liquid (water, SF Juice, Crystal Light, Decaf Tea) Daily
    We can get Motivated! WE CAN

  • I've been tracking food but that's about it. Work stress has killed a lot of my effort for me But I'm getting back on the horse!

    I have been drinking all my H20 and for the most part tracking all my food, unless running after the kids and cleaning the house and stressing out at work counts as exercise, I haven't been exercising as much as I would like.
