Losing Weight.

Okay y'all.
I have a bit of a problem. I am a vegetarian and I am on Crew and I want to lose weight.
Crew is a great workout, yes, but really it adds more muscle than subtracts fat, so I need to help losing weight with food. But that means I need to get my protein and good nutrition, but still have some sort of deficit so I lose. Any ideas?

Do you think your weight might be okay for your height, and really all you need to do is tone? Your stats are sorta like mine and I'm in a comfortable size 8, but would just like to tone up some of the "fluffy" parts.

If you're adding muscle, your scale weight might go up a little but your size will go down. Maybe at this point, tracking measurements would be more beneficial than tracking pounds. Just my two cents' worth ...

Thanks for the input, but I really do think that I am already toned enough. And if I'm not, I am going to get more toned, like it or not.

And if I did need to just tone, a more nutritous diet can't hurt, right?
