Default "Sprinkly" whole grains for yogurt?

I like sprinkling wheat germ on my yogurt, esp. plain yogurt w/ honey. I also do Grape Nuts occassionally.

Been thinking about trying a whole grain. Anyone sprinkle anything interesting?

(Man-oh-man, I'm bored. Can you tell?)

I always add wheat germ and ground flaxseed, plus I usually add a whole-grain cereal. Barbara's GrainShop is my favorite, but sometimes I use those bran squiggles or whatever I have.

I sprinkle organic ground flaxseed on my yogurt. I sometimes mix the ground flaxseed in with my peanut butter.

Grape nuts, and sometimes, if the yogurt is breakfast, 1/2 cup of Kashi GoLean

I add 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese and a tablespoon of ground flax meal, and about 1/4 diced apple or pear.

I always do psyllium, sometimes i add some kashi cereal or uncooked oatmeal. My favorite thing to add is the full cal granola, but if i have that in the apartment it won't last but a few hours.

Mel. I add a spoonful of yogurt to my cottage cheese, which I like much better than yogurt. I also don't care much for crunchy stuff in my cc/yogurt, so while I will add some ground flaxseed, I don't add much else but fruit.
