weekly weigh-in Nov.6th-12th
 

Hey People,
I don't weigh in until later in the week, but I thought I would start today and then every weigh in day is covered.

Stepped on the official scale unofficially last night, so it's not recorded in the book--but down another pound.

So if you would pls. "mentally" move my ticker down 3 pounds, I'd appreciate it.

Don't know how to change the thing yet, but gotta get to work at the moment...

I have mentally moved your ticker down 3 lbs! :D

All you have to do to change your ticker is go into "User CP" (the first one in the purple strip across the top) then go into "edit signature" and scroll down and you'll see the command for your ticker. Just change the last number of the three. I hope this helps.
I will record my weight on Thursday.
