Whole foods 9/21

  • Didn't see one for today and really need to get/stay on track.

    I've had all day meetings every day so far this week. This is the first day that I'm sort of on my own and can actually get my own work done, select my own lunch and have time to eat it. Yea!!! I also went to the doctor this morning. They have scales there. It wasn't too bad, but I'm ready to kick it up a notch this month.

    b--small apple, 10 straweberries
    l--bakes sweet potato, salad
    s--kashi tlc bar
    d--mahi mahi, veggies, brown rice

  • I must go to the grocery. We don't have much of anything.

    D-stir fry, white rice (out of brown), tea
