I use the 100 calorie packs for my little kids' snacks at school. They need to bring their own everyday. I also send fruit, cheese, etc but sometimes they need to feel like they were spoiled just a little. They usually eat the ritz snack mix which is like chex mix. Hopefully they'll have a better appreciation of portion control than I did.

i used to think the 100 cal packs were my answer, but then i realized they are still junk foods just smaller and i always want the 200-300 cal packs instead. i started satisfying my carb cravings with fruits instead, and was surprised to see a peach doesn't lead me into an oreo fit, it just tastes good all by itself and usually fills the bill.

My problem with the 100 cal packs is I eat the whole box.
I am IR also; so I know what you go threw!
