    D-homemade pizza(*tomato, *ww crust,*yellow pepper,*onion,*garlic,*artichokes), 1 glass red wine, *orange and *kiwi salad
    S-*tea, *dark chocolate,*walnuts&*almonds (if I'm hungry)
  • B: yocheese with strawberries and blueberries, tea
    L: quesadilla (whole wheat tortilla with black beans, corn, FF mozzarella) and salsa
    D: broiled tilapia, sauteed mushrooms and artichokes, green beans and pearl onions, sliced tomatoes, whole wheat homemade bread, and a fruit salad with kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple
