Snack: Orange Lunch: Brown rice with kidney bean/black bean/tomato mixture, bell pepper/mushroom/tofu mixture and fava bean/hominy mixture Snack: NF plain yogurt with blueberries and flax meal Snack: Carrots with laughing cow cheese wedge Dinner: Veggie pizza! Whole wheat pizza dough, tomato sauce, skim mozarella cheese, bell peppers, eggplant, onion, artichokes and garlic. I can't wait! |
I had a migraine last night so eating is a little off today.
