Hello all! New person here & jumping in with both feet
Breakfast:
oats with milk, ground flax, and blueberries
Lunch:
cauliflower soup, try the pumpkin pudding recipe
Supper:
bean/rice/veggie salad
Snacks:
few walnuts, ONE (reminder to self--ONE) piece dark chocolate, tea
Also, thank you to all who posted on the "Weight Loss Progress" thread--it got me to the other SuperFoods posts, then the library, and on to a WOE that I can live with (in more ways than one). Have a truly satisfying day!
Lunch
Tuna salad
Pineapple rings
1 oz. (regular) cheddar cheese
Dinner
Pistachio-crusted tilapia with a tomato/purple onion salsa topping*; and steamed broccoli
EDITED TO NOTE: This dinner is being moved to tomorrow night; DH went to ride his mountain bike tonight and wants blueberry pancakes when he gets home at 9:00 tonight. I'm just having a salad.
Snacks
A.M. -- Kashi TLC crackers with hummus
P.M. -- Handful of almonds and dried cranberries
*I had this last night at a restaurant and it was FABULOUS! I'm going to try making it myself tonight.
