I'm livin with Pips who buy bad food and its a temptation. What should I do?

You can’t force another person to do what youre doing, just let her do her and yes it might be frustrating but try to stay on track.

It’s challenging for sure.

Try eating high fiber low carb foods. They will help you feel fuller for longer, are more heathy for you digestive track and can even alleviate many problems such as insulin resistance. A large majority of our supermarket foods spike our insulin making us fat. Fiber doesn’t spike blood sugar like simple carbs do. Fiber drastically reduces your body’s absorption of carbs. When that happens, both insulin and blood glucose levels drop the result is thin, happy and heathy!
