You stick to your goals, and if you need to eat separate meals or at different times, you do that. This spreadsheet werry helpfull https://printsbery.com/planner-templates/goal/tracking

You can’t force another person to do what youre doing, just let her do her and yes it might be frustrating but try to stay on track.

It’s challenging for sure.
