For those that dislike stevia....

I've found some brands are totally fine and others taste odd to me. I actually prefer the ones that include fiber. Seems like they'd taste bizarre but they don't.

I've also had good luck with the liquid stevia drops.

If you like agave nectar, I just don't know what to recommend, hehe, I can't stand the stuff unless it's in a raw chocolate recipe.

I second truvia if you MUST have sweetener. I had the powdered stevia when it first came out, and bleh! gross!

But I generally say, get used to it without sweetener, and you'll be much better off. It seems like over time you need to use more and more sweetener, and despite what they might claim, artificial sweeteners create a rise in your blood glucose levels, causing release of insulin, and making it more difficult to lose weight. It's been shown. Look it up.

Echoing your experience...some stevia brands taste awful. Others very pleasant.

I use Stevia in the Raw. I may have to try the Monk fruit too.
