Where to start diet?

  • I have been doing high protein low carb...I would like to switch to more of a whole foods diet...can you guys give me some directions on where to start. Maybe some meals for Bfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • What do you currently eat for your meals? You can probably change your regular diet into a whole foods diet pretty easily. The crux is making your foods at home instead of buying them - that lends itself to being whole foods almost immediately
