I dont personally have a favorite one, but mabey this will help you pick your own. UDSA nutritionsits found in a study that the foods below were the top 20 antioxidant rich foods (this is old info, but true nontheless)
Small red beans
Wild blueberries
Red kidney beans
Pinto beans
Blueberries
Cranberries
Artichoke hearts
Blackberries
Dried prunes
Raspberries
Strawberries
Red delicious apple
Granny Smith apple
Pecans
Sweet cherries
Black plum
Russet potato
Black beans
Plum
Gala apple
They also recommend trying to eat as wide a variety of them as possible since all foods have different antioxidants that effect the body in different ways.
One easy tip - if you have a day where you can't make time to eat right grab a glass of vegetable juice to at least get some of your daily antioxidants
hope that helps!
figureskater, I didn't realize that red beans were so high in them...I eat a lot of Navy and black beans, but that sounds good. Thanks for that list; it's great
