If you are familiar with this book, The World's Healthiest Foods, Essential Guide for the Healthiest Way of Eating (Paperback) by George Mateljan, I would love to hear some feedback. I was going to try to get it from my library system but there is only one copy with 5 holds already on it. I am trying to decide to if it is worth buying now or if I should wait for it to be available through the library. Thanks for your feedback!
