Default Went to Party. Did not Blow Diet

I'm kind of proud of myself. I went to my cousin's birthday party today.

I gave myself 1000 calories (I had a small lunch) but I only ended up using half of them, despite the EVIL cheese and cracker plate. I actually have to eat again before bed to make sure I get in past the 1200 mark.

Now I actually kind of regret not having a little cheese...

That's great sticking to the calorie amount even when temptations are staring you in the face. And I know it takes effort to control...so good job on staying on track
