B - 1/3c (dry) oatmeal, 1/2c blueberries, 3/4 sm banana; coffee w 1c 1% milk, 1t cocoa, cinnamon

S - 1c fresh blackberries

L - 2c homemade minestrone, 1T grated Asiago (got it by accident instead of Parmesan!)

S - chai tea, 1c 1% milk; 2T walnuts

D - orange chicken & veggie stir fry, 1/2c brown & wild rice; one chili cheese fry :-) couldn't find it on FitDay so it doesn't count, right? jk

S - 1c fresh pineapple, ~1/2 whole multigrain pancake toasted

L-whole wheat pasta, 1 soy patty, 1/2 cup italian diced tomatoes, 2 kalamata olives, 2 tbsp sun dried tomato w/EVOO, clove roasted garlic, 1 tbsp fat free feta

S-iced tea w/lemon
tangelo

D-yummy new salmon recipe...I took a salmon fillet and spread 1 wedge laughing cow garlic/herb on it then sprinkled the top with 5 crushed whole wheat Ritz crackers and baked it...MMMMMmmmmm!

In the past week I've had lots of tea, salmon, avocado, oatmeal, flax, whole-wheat bread/cereal/crackers/tortillas, tuna, broccoli, carrots, clementines, blackberries, sweet potato, almonds, beans, watermelon, strawberries, and walnuts.

B~ Rachels vitality pomegranate acai lowfat yogurt, 1 tbsp raw sunflower seeds, med banana, green tea

L~ bean and cheese burrito (ww tortilla ,1/4 c tradtional refried beans, 1 oz shredded cheedar cheese) 1/2 avocado with a sprinkle of salt, salsa casera, 8 oz 2% milk

S~ 8oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice with 2 tsps. maple syrup to sweeten, fruit salad made with 1.5 oz raisins, 7 mandarin orange wedges, 1 sm pear, 1 tablespoonful walnuts ,1oz herbed semi soft goat cheese, and juice from 1 lemon wedge

D~ 15 bean soup homemade, spinach and cherry tomato salad with 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon olive oil
peppermint tea with 1 tsp honey

B-1/2 cup egg beaters, 4 button mushrooms, 4 baby bella mushrooms, 4 strips each-red, orange, yellow, green bell pepper, jalapenos, 2 tsp EVOO

S-4 celery sticks, 4 carrot sticks, 4 homemade baked corn tortilla chips w/2 tbsp homemade black bean/corn salsa, 5 red grapes, iced tea

D-cedar plank grilled terryaki salmon-my dad's specialty
spinach salad w/baby spinach, strawberries, red onion, sliced almonds & huckleberry vinegar
1/2 cup rice pilaf

Dessert-tiny piece angel food cake w/ 1/4 cup fat free cool whip and about 1 cup sliced strawberries
