I make bread for many reasons, mainly for enjoyment and because it's really hard to find good tasting bread that isn't full of strange chemicals. It's hard to resist when it's warm though. I practically have to hover over the loaves so DH doesn't devour them before they cool.

My family is the same way, especially DH he counts down the minutes until the bread it is out of the oven. It feels great to be able to make something my family enjoys that is not filled with junk. It also saves us a good bit of money. |
