What is whole wheat gnocchi? I've only had gnocchi made from potatoes! I love gnocchi though, is there a whole wheat version of it somehow?

There is usually flour added to the potatoes (at least in commercial brands and I think one of the recipes I use.) I buy an Italian brand at Trader Joe's that uses whole wheat flour instead of white. They do have potatoes in them too. They're really good and they have more fiber than the other kind.

Might have a fruitsallad as I haven't had any fruit today and I think I might have eaten not enough calories (I don't calorie count).

I absolutely LOVE gnocchi. I used to eat it all the time in my old life, at this great restaurant that served it with a pesto cream sauce. And a huge serving of it at that. I can't even begin to think how many calories of that stuff I have eaten.

B - Organic buck wheat cereal, lactose free milk, raisins, flax seeds

L - Meat, potatoes, parmesan cheese. Sallad with avocado. Tomatoes with organic sunflower seeds and fresh herbs. Bread with cheese, turkey and butter. Vanilla oat milk ice cream with berries (strawberries, blueberries)

D - Smaller portion of what I had for breakfast.

The family lunch today was my main meal today. I knew it would be a lot of food but I think ate pretty good and I didn't eat a lot for dinner later.
