Ugh - will this stinking cold EVER go away?? I feel like I'm living underwater!
I haven't felt like eating much, but have still been making an effort to get a lot of healthy stuff in.
Breakfast - 1 slice whole grain toast with natural peanut butter
Snack - smoothie made with strawberries, a banana, fresh OJ and some plain yogurt
Lunch - turkey soup and an orange
Snack - just a cup of tea with honey and lemon
Dinner - DH is making a chicken/veggie stir fry with rice - loads of peppers, onions, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, bean sprouts, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.
That'll probably be it, with maybe another cup of tea before bed.
