B-oatmeal w/ soymilk, blueberries & walnuts, OJ, coffee w/ skim
S-yogurt w/ low sugar strawberry preserves
L-chicken, cashew and bell pepper stir fry w/ brown rice, dk chocolate
S-Kashi bar
D-?? DH is out of town, so maybe pizza
S-hummus w/ ww pita and/or veggies

I've been bad about the menus lately and am going to get worse. Just confirmed today that I am in fact pregnant, and when I can't eat anything all day except Jolly Ranchers and green grapes, I'm probably going to keep that to myself.

B - 2 whole grain waffles, 1 with natural peanut butter, 1 with cherrybutter

S - 1 cup of blueberries

L - big salad with chicken, field greens, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, sesame seeds, red pepper strips, dressing on side

S - tangelo

S - tall non fat sugar free latte

S - cut up veggies (grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, orange pepper strips)

D - bulgarian bake - brown rice, black beans, low fat ricotta cheese, mushrooms, red pepper, onions, a little feta cheese, sliced tomato, kalamata olives, salad
