Default whole foods menu Jan 3

Hey guys,

I got in kind of late last night, so only had time for a quick trip to the grocery store. I think the cafeteria at work is still closed this week and I didn't have time to pack a better lunch, will make some soup tonight hopefully!

B - 2 organic whole grain waffles, 1 with natural peanut butter, 1 with strawberry rhubarb jelly

S - 5 oz fresh blueberries

L - Kashi frozen meal - I think it's penne putenesca. Looked pretty good, 300 calories, 6 grams of fat.

S - tangelo

S - tall non fat sugar free latte

S - carrot sticks

D - 3 veggie tacos. 3 whole wheat tortillas, 2 crumbled up Boca Burgers, a little low fat cheese, tons of salsa, spinach leaves

B-oatmeal w/ 1/4 C homemade yogurt (this worked out pretty well), cinnamon, honey
L-spring roll (unfried),stir fry w/ tofu, brown rice
S-orange, biscotti, tea
D-fish, brown rice, zucchini and sugar snap peas
S-1 squ dk chocolate, ww english muffin, 1 Tb almond butter, tea

Well, I got sideswiped by a box of chocolates yesterday (does it count tha I tried to only eat the dark chocolate ones? ) but today will be better.

B: oatmeal w/raisins, walnuts, 1% milk; 1/2 ww eng muffin with yogurt cheese and homemade blueberry jelly (smear),

S: lf cottage cheese, home-frozen strawberries

L: turkey sandwich on ww, mustard, lettuce, tomato

S: ?? unsweetened applesauce, square of dark chocolate (not the evil box in the work kitchen)

D: chicken, broccoli, brown rice

B: Breakfast smoothie: soy protein powder, 1/2c organic lf yogurt, 1/2c green Superfoods juice, 1/2c raspberries/blueberries, 1tsp flaxseed oil, 1tsp honey

S: 1/2 oz nuts

L: 1 cup Mexican Shrimp cocktail (shrimp, crab, v8/tomato juice, cilantro, jalapeno, avocado)--I know this is my 3rd day eating leftovers

S: lf cottage cheese, orange pepper strips

D: About 3 cups sauteed spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes in 1 tblsp olive oil & garlic, 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta, 1/2cup tomato sauce w/little bit of turkey italian sausage, 1tsp fresh parmesan cheese, few carrot sticks while making dinner

S: 2 squares Dark Chocolate

About 1350 calories
