L: Ate at a Middle Eastern restaurant: babaghanoush (eggplant dip w/olive oil, garlic & lemon), 1/2 pita, roast lamb, vegetable salad (peppers, onions, tomatoes, parsley, cucumber), rice (small amt), diet coke, piece of baklava D: leftover food from lunch (no baklava), 1 square of dark chocolate About 1565 calories |
I'll drag the journal back over to the computer for tomorrow. I've been doing pretty well. The holidays are actually easier for me, because I'm at home and have control over what is around. It is the pre-holiday cookie-fest at work that is a little rough!
