Ah, well, what I ate today doesn't exactly qualify as "whole" foods.
B: oatmeal w/raisins, walnuts, 1% milk, slice of homemade sweet bread (an early present from a neighbor)
S: homemade almond pastry (at a meeting)
L: potluck
Ate what I brought - reasonably low fat/low cal chicken a la king over rice, plus some hummus and tampanade. I did avoid all the cupcakes and chocolate!
S: 2 sugar cookies
D: I should have nothing! Probably the end of the chicken, or I think there's still a little left over salmon. Add a veg and I'm good.
I refuse to add today up - I'm just moving on.
