Ah, well, what I ate today doesn't exactly qualify as "whole" foods.

B: oatmeal w/raisins, walnuts, 1% milk, slice of homemade sweet bread (an early present from a neighbor)

S: homemade almond pastry (at a meeting)

L: potluck Ate what I brought - reasonably low fat/low cal chicken a la king over rice, plus some hummus and tampanade. I did avoid all the cupcakes and chocolate!

S: 2 sugar cookies

D: I should have nothing! Probably the end of the chicken, or I think there's still a little left over salmon. Add a veg and I'm good.

I refuse to add today up - I'm just moving on.

Well, planning sort of went out the window today. The holiday rush is killing me.
B-turkey ham and egg scramble
L-healthy choice sesame chicken meal x2 (it worked out calorie wise)
S-one cinnamon muffin, homemade
D-venison meatloaf, peppers and zucchini, spinach salad, 2 cookies
enough tea to float a boat
not a very wholesome day ~sigh~

Not a very whole foods day for me either. We leave for Mexico tomorrow morning so I'll not be able to post until close to the New Year. Happy Holidays...Feliz Navidad!

B: Shredded Wheat w/nf organic milk, wheat germ, dried cranberries

S: Smoothie: kefir, soy protein powder, superfoods juice, blueberries, flax oil

L: Chili w/beans, cheese, iced green tea w/ honey

S: Tangerine, walnuts

D: Turkey sandwich: whole grain bread, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo, dijon mustard, lean turkey, cheese. French fries, diet coke (I know)

S: low fat pudding cup
