Morning - up again at my meeting last night - 2.2 pounds- Yikes!
B: Decaf coffee 0/0 LF muffin 2/2 FF yogurt w/cereal 3/5 L: Amy's brand enchilada 5/10 Carrots 0/10 Fruit 1/11 D: Steamed veggies 0/11 1 cup skim milk 2/13 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese 1/14 Boca chicken patty on 2 slices LF bread w/tomato & lettuce 4/18 Snack: WW 2pt bar 2/20 Lemon sherbet 4/24 Water: 88 oz plus Exercise: Treadmill - 3 miles |
good morning KT! Today is comfort food day for me. I decided that in advance. What with loss of dignity for the day, I figure some happy calories couldn't hurt. Good news is results of test are OK. Now can everyone just leave my large intestines ALONE!!! :dizzy: Posteating: made myself feel really sick and uncomfortable. wasn't worth it except as a learning experience.

Well I must have joined you in spirit Laurel, 'cause I went way overboard in the comfort food department last night. As a reaction to family and work stress, we all went to a Mexican restaurant where I inhaled a frozen margarita, 1/4 tamale, and a steak fajita. We won't even talk about lunch! Morning (3.5) cof-1, 1/2 fruit - .5, 1/2 bagel - 2 Midday (4) Grilled veggie and tuna salad (no mayo or oil) - 4 Evening (est 12) 1 wine - 2, , fish - 5, veggies - 1, pasta - 3, fruit - 1 Total - 19.5 points (banked 5 points) |

breakfast: luna bar 4/4 coffee 1/5 lunch: hc lunch thing 4/9 veggies water snack: light mozz stick 2/11 just 2! pts 2/13 dinner: cabbage/mushroom stir fry 2/15 artichokes I didn't eat last night exercise: 40 min elliptical, 5 min kayak machine, 45 min dog pull, 30 min dog putter water: yuppers vitamin: si,si Banking points for friends BD dinner tomorrow night where yummy cake will be served. |
