I have good news and bad news. The good news is that I did lose -- just .2 but that is a loss and any loss is good considering the stressful week I had. However, .2 is not enuf to put me into the 150s. Next week hopefully.
Hi, I'm here. So far behind with posting I don't know where to begin...boo hoo! All well on the Laurel front, and back and sides...ha ha ha. Still maintaining for which I credit exercise. Lord knows the eating habits are slipping a wee bit.
