B: Decaf coffee 0/0 Baker's breakfast cookie 4/4 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/7 L: Turkey sandwich 2/9 Grapes 1/10 Grape tomatoes 0/10 D: 1 cup skim milk 2/12 Chicken vegetable stir fry w/rice 6/18 Snack: WW 2pt bar 2/20 Lemon sherbet 4/24 Water: 84 oz so far Exercise: 3 mile walk outside |

Happy October... I'm going to a WW weigh-in hoping I've lost some but, with only a fair week of eating on program, and my TOM - I'm not sure what I'll do. Morning (4) 1 plum - 1, 1/2 bagel - 2, cof - 1 Midday (6) grilled chicken - 3, steamed veggies - 0, tomato/eggplant - 1 snack - nectarine - 1, 1/4 power bar - 1 Evening (9) grilled tuna - 4, stirfried chinese veggie - 1, potato - 2, sorbet pop - 2 total: 19 (banked 6) Activity - track workout tonight - 1 hr = 5 pts earned Lost 3.2 lbs... I'm doing a happy dance. |
Patch: um, where are the tacos?
breakfast: luna bar 4/4 2 light string cheeses 2/6 coffee 1/7 snack- this benadryl is going to be the death of me string cheese 1/8 jr. mints (1/2 package) 2/10 coffee lunch: turkey medallions 4/14 shredded cabbage slaw extra veggies snack: the rest of the jr!!!!!!!mints arghhhh 2/16 dinner: left over halibut 3/19 eggos and 1 tsp maple syrup 3/21 pain d'epices (almost gone, thank goodness) 3/24 carrot/celery exercise: 45 min bike ride (done) :) and dog putter and dog putter and more manure moving(25 buckets) water: none, yet |
Good Day. Miserable grey cold and rainy. But we are now eating lunch at this very moment, so all is not lost.

da Fish Tacos are a sometime Tuesday - Friday deal. Mondays if I'm OP I go to my WW meeting and eat at a nearby restaurant with a fellow WW friend. |
