Just a day after Congrats to Myra and Melissa.
It's Yom Kippur and I'm making a stab at fasting... I'm soooo hungry, and may breakdown at lunch. Well, about 4pm I broke down and had 3 rice cakes (1 pt) but that was it until after the service. Evening went a bit crazy... 1 drink - 3, prociutto and mellon - 5, salad w/ oil - 1, bread - 3, pasta appetizer - 4, fish - 5, oil - 3, pasta bites - 2 27 total - considering... not so bad |

Miss Laurel: I understand that eating for two all too well. :) so, here it goes, going out to dinner tonight and I'm hoping to be out soon enough to hit the gym for a good 45 minutes. breakfast: luna bar 4 coffee snack: bugles ????? 5/9 lunch: hc turkey medallions 4/13 veggies salad w/pecans and cranberries 3/16 coffee 1/17 small piece of pain d'epices (treat from paris) 2/19 dinner: lavosh crackers 2/19 baba ganoush parsnip and squash curried soup 1/20 chicken thigh 2/22 rice 4/26 ratatouille bread/butter 3/29 apple/berry crisp 4/33 ice cream 2/35 exercise: dog walk this am, pm and hopefully gym water:none, I wish I could drink like katie! vitamin: si,si |
