breakfast meeting... cof, scrambled eggs, rye toast - 10

Midday (3)
fish tacos only ate @ half.

Evening (16)
pumpkin/tomato soup - 3, bit of salad - 1, bread - 2, salmon - 5, veggies - 0, dessert - 5

Total - 29 - 4 banked = 25

Just back from my WI. I lost 2.4 lbs.! Exercise definitely made the difference.

boca smoked sausage 2
