Morning (10) breakfast meeting... cof, scrambled eggs, rye toast - 10 Midday (3) fish tacos only ate @ half. Evening (16) pumpkin/tomato soup - 3, bit of salad - 1, bread - 2, salmon - 5, veggies - 0, dessert - 5 Total - 29 - 4 banked = 25 |

breakfast: luna bar and a half 6/6 coffee w/milk 1/7 lunch: frozen veggies healthy choice dinner 5/12 water snack: just 2! pts 2/14 dinner: pasta (fresh spinach) 4/14 chanterelles goat cheese 1/15 snack at farmer's market: sauerkraut 2 bites of dp polish dog 3/18 exercise: 2 long dog putters water: not enough vitamin: nope |
Just back from my WI. I lost 2.4 lbs.! Exercise definitely made the difference.
