Activity points for Curves?

I've decided to start counting the points again people and see if that gives me a boost in the right direction! Tomorrow is Day 1! Now, I go to Curves 3-4 times a week and usually do the circut 3 full times. How do you count those activity points? Is that considered moderate? Sure feels more like intense to me! How do you all do it?
Thanks!

Low intensity - you can talk and sing
Mod intensity - you can talk but not sing
High intensity - you need a deep breath every 1-3 words to speak

That is more like a weight training circuit and I'd say low to moderate.

I would say that while I'm doing it, I'm sweating, my heart rate stays at about the suggested 20 beats @10 seconds and I can talk but it ain't easy! :) I'm thinking I'm falling somewhere between moderate and high, but will probably calculate at moderate to stay safe?

Luanne, I have a heart rate monitor and I know that I am in the high intensity but I never take the high. I always figure the points for high and moderate and take something in between. This is not officially sanctioned by W/W but it is what I do. :)

this sounds like exactly what I had in mind! It would be nice to have a gauge of some sort...like heart rate of 100 = low intensity or something like that. I would imagine that sort of thing would be hard to do though, since everyone is in different physical shape
