I am already worrying about the holidays. These will be my first holidays on maintenance and I hope to manage to maintain. My biggest fear is gaining. I have a dr. that watches my wt. like a hawk. My appt. with him is on Dec. 29th and that is enough to make me very afraid to gain during the holidays. Last yr. I had the turkey, brocolli, salad, deviled eggs and 1 piece of dessert and then exercised double for a few days and maintained through. My plan is to do the same this yr.
In one way I wish my Dr.'s appt was a few weeks later so I could cheat a little more and have time to work it off. But, in reality it will probably keep me more on program through the holidays.
