B: Decaf coffee 0/0 Baker's breakfast cookie 4/4 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/7 L: Turkey sandwich 2/9 Carrots 0/9 Fresh mixed fruit 1/10 S: 1 cup skim milk 2/12 FF tortilla w/LF sour cream, chicken, lettuce, tomato 5/17 Steamed veggies 0/17 Snack: 1 cup FF lemon sherbet 4/21 Water: 88 oz Exercise: 2 miles on the treadmill |

Hey all... First day back on program...
Morning - 6 cof - 1, bagel - 4 Midday - 7 vermicelli noodles - 3 with chicken - 2 and fish "juice" - 1 apple - 1 Evening - 11.5 chicken - 2.5, brisket - 3, potatoes/noodle - 4, greens - 0, skinny cow ice cream - 2 Estimated total - 24.5 no excercise, jet lag water - will try for 32oz |
A bit bummed by a gain (although it might be the fault of a new scale at my WW meeting), but I am determined to have a loss next week.
