Does anyone still follow the WW Winning POINTS?

Does anyone still follow Weight Watchers Winning Points? If you do or don't how do you compare it to Weight Watchers Flex? I had gotten down to lifetime on Winning POints and had such a hard time with Flex / turnaround when they switched it. The flex points just kill me.

Would love to hear some feed back

Basically they are the same if you just split your flex points and use them every day. I believe the Winning Points gave you a range and then you could "bank" unused points, correct?

They are the same program just a different way to distribute the range/banked points.

5 points a day x 7 days a week = 35 points = FlexPoints

35 FlexPoints divided by 7 days = 5 day range

Oh I knew the Flex program - just wondering if the old way works better for anyone else besides me.

But thanks so much for the info!

I personally like the old way too - its easier for me to follow.

Not to make fun but when people say it is easier it just makes me laugh.

What I do is divide my FPs/WPA up over the course of the week at 5 a day and give myself a range. However if I go over it I just take evenly way from the rest of the days so I still have some on each day. If I don't use them all I roll them over through the next days to give more of a range.

However it all comes down to a mental game with yourself. Like I said above nothing greatly changed except they give all the banked points up front instead of you banking them. :)

With winning points I would have 29-34 points a day.. why is it that on FP I have 31 a day.. and if I were to divide up my FP into 5 a day, I would get 36.

What happened is they went back to the total points for 1-2-3 Success when there were less plateaus and stalls for people. They also realized through research that the low end of the range was 2 points too low...there wasn't enough points in which to get all the nutritional requirements at that low end. Finally with Winning Points there was supposed to be a strive to earn at least 2 APs a day so that the number of points would be the same as before. Then any APs over that 2 would be optional (leaders never explained that and/or didn't understand that). Just some background info.
