Intensity Question

What do you think this is, moderate or high intensity?

5 minute warm up
30 sec jog/60 sec walk interval for 15 minutes
5 minute cool down

I know it's a personal opinion, I've been taking it as moderate, but DH thinks it should be high. What about you?

Low intensity - you can talk and sing
Mod intensity - you can talk but not sing
High intensity - you need a deep breath every 1-3 works to speak

All this I knew, but thanks anyways.

Then I am confused at to what you want from your question. Only you can answer what the intensity it is for you!!!!!

There is no right or wrong what may be high intensity for one may only be low intensity for another. It is not 'opinion' as you say but what your fitness level is.

For me I'd do 10 minutes at low and 15 at moderate as interval trainings usually get you to a high intensity. In fact the majority of people who are not in training for something never achieve a full high intensity unless they put an extreme effort into it.

Your best bet would to be purchasing a heart rate monitor and figuring out your heart rate for each intensity because then you'd know for a fact. If you don't want to or can't purchase one then use the intensity level guidelines and do your best.

Did I upset you with my response? I was trying to clarify what you were looking for and gave you a bit of what I do.

No you didn't upset me, thank you for your help.
