A long time ago I used to post to this board. I found it incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I had great success, but alas, have since lost my way. I slowly regained weight I had lost, with the last bit coming on furiously during a student teaching and first year teaching stint.
I am finally ready to get back on track and have been doing well for about a week now using WW and exercising. But I miss the great support I once had and that I know I can find here again. I'm looking forward to getting to know this "new" group and giving and receiving help on this journey.

I gained almost 100 pounds in that time and my body even has a new set point. It now likes being in the 290s, which is a number I thought I'd NEVER see. So get back on track girl.
