I just found out I'm pregnant! Great news! I'm very happy. BUT, the plan was to wait until the start of the new year when I hoped to have lost another 30 lbs.

So much for the plan.

But now what? I need WW to control my eating. I've been OP for the past 2 weeks. That combined w/ the pregnancy has helped me gain 6 lbs! I can't continue this for the next 9 mos. I don't want to "diet" but I don't want to gain all this weight either.

Can I stay on WW for a while? I think they don't allow pregnant members, but I have a few months before I show (hopefully!).

Any suggestions?

request a referal to a nutritionist from your doctor. They may be able to help u stay on track
