New and happy to be here!

Hi everyone! I am new and have been lurking for the past couple of weeks. I couldn't decide whether I should join or not as I am usually quite shy, but you all have changed my mind. Everything I have read has been so supportive so it wasn't a hard decision to make. I look forward to meeting some of you and sharing in this journey we call weight loss. Thank You!
