Back from my WI. I lost .4 lb. which I am very happy with considering I haven't exercised quite as much with the problems I'm having with my mouth -- an impacted wisdom tooth.
Morning baked tofu 3 light english muffin 1 Midday soy butter 1 fruit spread 1 roll 3 vigoraide soy drink 4 Evening ff vegetarian chili 5 pasta 3 parmesan cheese 1 Total: 22 Exercise: I tried but it was painful. I did do a half hour on the elliptical trainer and tried to take a body shaping class but was overwhelmed by pain and had to leave after only 15 minutes of the class. I can't wait until I can get this wisdom tooth out Monday. |
