Morning - a little groggy this am - a bit of a sinus headache :(
B: Decaf coffee 0/0 Baker's breakfast cookie 4/4 FF yogurt w/Kashi cereal 3/7 L: LF chili 2/9 Natural Ovens bagel 2/11 Grape tomatoes 0/11 D: Crock pot chicken stroganoff over noodles 7/18 1 cup skim milk 2/20 Steamed veggies 0/20 Snack: WW 2 pt bar 2/22 Water: 88 oz plus Exercise: 2 miles on treadmill |

Here's the recipe, Laurel. I decided to try to be a little pro-active about planning for supper - I can throw this in the crock pot in the am & voila! - supper when I get home - just have to steam some veggies & cook noodles, rice or whatever I want to have with the chicken.
Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff 1 pkg onion soup mix 1 carton (16 oz) LF or FF sour cream - I didn't see much taste difference w/the FF in this recipe, so I used that 1 can (10 3/4 oz) 98% FF cream of mushroom soup 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts Mix all together & put in a crock pot. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Serve over rice, potatoes, noodles (your choice). 4 servings/4 points per serving (add add'l points for the rice, noodles or whatever) Over the weekend, I copied a bunch of crockpot recipes from my MIL's Quick Cooking/Taste of Home/Country Woman magazines - I plan to start testing those out - I'll post those, too, once I taste test them. I would love to try a crock pot, it sounds so efficient. breakfast: eggos, boca sausage, syrup 4/4 coffee w/ half and half 1/5 lunch: eggos 4/9 dinner: pasta 3/12 clam sauce 1/13 cheese 1/14 fennel 1/15 delightful special k cereal w/ milk 4/19 skinny cow 2/21 exercise: yes, lots, the gym has cnn and i don't - 16 mile bike ride/hills/45 min dog putter/run in evening water: si,si the dog is staying close to me, dp is coming home a day early and safely. |
OMG! What a day! I can't believe this terrorism! It sounds more like a movie script than real life.
Morning light english muffin 1 soy butter 1 fruit spread 1 Midday sushi 5 seaweed salad 2 seaweed/rice cracker snacks 1 rice cake with soy butter 2 Evening Morningstar corn dog 3 corn 1 veggies 0 baked beans 4 Total: 21 Exercise: none. Couldn't. In too much pain. I have an impacted wisdom tooth. Hopefully the antibiotics will help some. I have to have oral surgery Monday. |
